PDF or Excel? Which version is right for me? Read carefully please.

PDF Versions

If you are not computer savvy with "spreadsheets" the PDF versions are for you. You can print our Planners on your computer and fill them out manually. We suggest using pencil, not ink, to allow for corrections and changes.

If your computer already has the free Adobe Reader software installed, our Adobe PDF Planners should load on your screen when you click. Otherwise click the link. It's a simple download and install, and very useful. When you click the PDF links the Planners open in a new window and you can print them with your computer printer. You're ready to fill them in. Easy!

MS Excel® Versions

These are for users with Excel (or a compatible program such as the free OpenOffice) on their computer, and computer experience or a knowledgeable helper.

If you are using an Excel-compatible spreadsheet program you must save files to your computer, open the compatible spreadsheet program and load the saved files. Follow instructions below carefully.

Using the Excel files is not for spreadsheet newbies. Remember, you must have a spreadsheet program. However, the Grooming Business in a Box ® worked hard to make them as easy as possible. You don't have to enter formulas, just data entry.

Don't be disappointed if you cannot use Excel version. Print and use the Adobe PDF Planners instead. They produce the same results. When you're done you will have organized the same info had you used the Excel versions. If you don't own MS Excel you can download OpenOffice free. It's a professional, free MS Office compatible program.

Excel Downloads: Rather than left clicking and opening the Excel files in a Window, we suggest you right click the Excel links below. A message window should come up allowing you to SAVE the file to your computer. Do that function, use the SAVE button. Put the file somewhere on your computer where you know how to find it easily. Then open your Excel or compatible spreadsheet program. Instruct the program to open the saved file from where you saved it on your computer.
